Job Description
We are seeking a Light Industrial Manufacturing Associate to join a team in the Melbourne, FL Industrial Park . This is a full-time, day shift position (Monday through Friday) with temp-to-hire potential . The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy detail-oriented, repetitive work in a clean and stable manufacturing environment . Responsibilities include product inspection, quality checks , and performing consistent processes throughout the day while maintaining focus and accuracy . The position also involves working closely with team members to support clear communication on the production floor .
