About the Job The role will assist with research and scholarly activities, including data analysis, documentation, and manuscript preparation with Dr. Alec Lackmann
Job duties Manuscript writing (50%); Data analysis and figure preparation (40%); weekly meetings with Alec Lackmann and other lab members (10%)
Qualifications Required qualifications BA/BS degree, or a combination of education and relevant experience to equal at least four years.
Preferred qualifications Well-read in the literature on bigmouth buffalo recruitment and growth; experience completing both a UROP and REU focused on bigmouth buffalo population demographics; strong analytical background with rigorous training in mathematics and statistics; experience writing and drafting research proposals, manuscripts, and presentation posters.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $20.58 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
