A company is looking for a Junior Motion Designer to support creative campaigns across digital and print channels. Key Responsibilities Create animation and motion graphics for digital promotional content and retail screens Design retail and print materials including in-store displays and promotional collateral Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and manage multiple projects Required Qualifications Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) Portfolio demonstrating animation for digital promotions and strong print/layout design fundamentals Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Basic video editing or familiarity with 3D/motion tools is a plus
