The Hiring Manager is requiring candidate that is a Help Desk, Service Desk type resource that has Apple and Windows experience
Responsibilities:
Provide insightful advice and hands-on technical support to employees
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and offer solutions to get employees up and running again
Triage requests accordingly to our 3rd party IT provider
Teach and train employees on new applications or hardware as requested
Provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding new and departing employees
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a help desk support technician in a macOS environment (Ideally, you have been a Genius at an Apple Store)
Certification in Apple products and devices preferred
A blend of Mac and Microsoft support skills desired
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, including macOS and Windows
