Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a HR Generalist to join our client to support key business initiatives and contribute to the success of this role's primary objectives. This temp to hire position is located in Philadelphia, PA and requires an Onsite work arrangement. The role provides broad human resources support for a large employee population while assisting with employee relations, workforce administration, and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will help ensure consistent HR service delivery across daily operations.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

• Provide human resources support to a large operational workforce while helping address day to day employee needs.
• Assist with employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting findings, and ensuring appropriate follow up actions.
• Coordinate administrative HR processes, including separation activities and related system updates.
• Support team workload distribution by contributing across a variety of HR functions and operational priorities.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, workplace activities, and programs that promote a positive employee experience.

Qualifications and Skills for the HR Generalist:

• Previous experience in a human resources generalist, employee relations, or related HR support role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle workplace concerns, conduct fact gathering, and prepare clear documentation.
• Experience supporting a large employee population within a fast paced operational environment.
• Proficiency using human resources information systems and standard business applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
