Nocturnist – Internal Medicine

Near Manhattan, NY | Closed ICU | 13–14 Shifts/Month
Projected Salary: $270,000–$300,000+ Based on Experience

She Recruits is partnering with a well-established 300+ bed hospital near Manhattan seeking a Full-Time Nocturnist due to program expansion.

This is a highly desirable straight-nights opportunity offering schedule stability, a closed ICU model, and a manageable workload.

Ideal Candidate

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable in closed ICU hospitalist model
• New graduates welcome

Practice Environment

This is a  hospital with a mature hospitalist program, strong midlevel support, and a defined nocturnist structure. The ICU is closed, allowing hospitalists to focus on admissions and floor management without critical care oversight responsibility.
