Join the Providence Medical Group team at Providence St. Joseph Hospital as a Nocturnist in beautiful Eureka, California. The Value of Working with Us

• 12-14 shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts, 7pm – 7am
• Flexible scheduling
• Closed ICU
• Experienced physicians and new graduates are welcome to apply
• Residency/fellowship stipends up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates
• The group includes both physicians and advanced practice providers creating a collaborative, supportive and collegial work environment
• Shareholder opportunity in year 3 onward with additional perks, performance incentives, and retention bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career
• Annual quality and performance bonuses and up to $7,500 for CME, career development, and out-of-pocket professional expenses (license, DEA, etc.)
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

• Compensation is between $286,200 and $378,810

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
