Responsibilities may include: * Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene * Supporting mobility, transfers, and ambulation * Preparing meals and providing medication reminders * Assisting with light housekeeping and daily household tasks * Providing companionship and emotional support * Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and community activities * Monitoring and reporting changes in client conditions * Following individualized care plans and agency procedures * Encouraging independence and promoting clients' overall well-being Qualifications Required: * Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA certification * Current TB documentation * Valid driver's license * Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance * Authorization to work in the United States * Minimum availability of 20 hours per week * Strong communication skills, dependability, and professionalism * Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving Previous home care experience is preferred but not required.
