We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Guest Relations Coordinator to help drive the guest experience across our restaurants.
This is a hospitality-first role for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, loves the details, and understands that the guest experience often starts long before anyone walks through the door.
You’ll sit at the intersection of guest relations, reservations, events, and day-to-day operational coordination, helping keep the front end of the business organized, polished, and commercially effective.
This is a coordinator role with real room for growth into a Guest Relations Manager position, including leadership over key guest-facing personnel as the department evolves.
Day-to-Day Role
- Own day-to-day reservation management across Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Loyalist, and related guest platforms
- Manage pacing, availability, table inventory, guest notes, waitlists, reservation policies, and special requests with sound judgment
- Handle inbound guest communication across phone, email, and reservation platforms with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Maintain VIP profiles, guest preferences, service notes, and guest history with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, notable guest requests, and special touches with operations leadership
- Identify repeat guests, relationship-building opportunities, and ways to strengthen guest retention
- Support guest recovery when issues arise with calm communication and strong follow-through
- Work closely with operations leadership to ensure reservation strategy aligns with service realities, guest experience, and business goals
- Support private dining, large party, and group booking coordination from an administrative and guest communication standpoint
- Field initial inquiries and help route opportunities efficiently to the appropriate teams
- Coordinate guest communication around timelines, expectations, confirmations, and follow-up
- Assist with menu selections, pre-fixe offerings, package communication, and internal handoff for group business
- Support BEO communication, event documentation, floor plans, guest counts, and execution details
- Help ensure important event information is clearly communicated internally and nothing falls through the cracks
- Serve as a connective point between guest relations, reservations, events, and operations across multiple locations
- Help maintain consistency in guest communication, reservation standards, policies, and service expectations across the business
- Assist with keeping guest-facing information accurate across reservation platforms, phone systems, menus, and communication tools
- Support phone coverage standards and general guest communication workflows where needed
- Help organize information flow between departments so the operation runs more cleanly
- Support initiatives that drive guest counts, retention, profitability, and stronger guest relationships

Requred Skill Set
- Experience in hospitality, guest relations, reservations, events, front office coordination, or elevated restaurant operations
- Strong familiarity with Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Loyalist, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience handling polished guest communication in a hospitality environment
- Private dining, large party, event admin, or BEO experience is a strong plus
- NYC hospitality experience is a plus
This is not a static administrative role. For the right person, this can grow into a Guest Relations Manager position with increased ownership over guest strategy, VIP experience, team leadership, and broader front-of-house coordination.
