⛳ NOW HIRING – GREENSKEEPERS / GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE
Jackson, Wyoming
Starting at $19 - $20 /hour
Optional low-cost shared employee housing available

Spend your summer working outdoors in one of the most beautiful places in the country! We’re hiring hardworking team members to help maintain our golf course and resort community grounds.

Duties:
1. Maintain grounds and turf of golf course.
2. Mow and rake the rough, greens, and fairways.
3. Dig, rake, weed, and mulch the surrounding areas.
4. Connect hose and sprinkler systems. Check irrigation lines as needed.
5. Clean traps.
6. Plant, trim and spray trees and shrubs.
7. Mow, trim, water, rake residential properties and common areas in the resort community.
8. Cut lawns using various-sized power mowers.
9. Trim and edge using a gas-powered edger / trimmer.
10. Operate a gas-powered blower.
11. Use landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
12. Weed by hand or using a garden hoe.
13. Take proper safety precautions and use equipment properly according to safety standards.
14. Complete other related duties as requested by supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
3. Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands and arms to grasp, hold, and carry equipment.
4. Must be able to see well, hear well, and verbally communicate well.
5. Must be able to lift and carry 70 pounds.
6. Requires ability to hear and speak. Talking and hearing occur continuously.
7. Must be able to see well, with the most common functions being near vision and depth perception.
8. Work is outside. Must be able to work in variable weather and temperatures.
9. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
10. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, when necessary.
11. Must exercise independent judgement.
12. May be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees, but position does not include supervising other workers.

1. Dependability: Must be able to be on time and demonstrate regular attendance.
2. Job Performance: Must be able to complete duties quickly, efficiently, and safely.
3. Conduct: Must be able to follow worksite rules and regulations. Employees who violate worksite rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
