FSQA Technician

Elwood Staffing is hiring for a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician in the Lancaster area.

FSQA Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$26.50 / hour
Full Time work available
Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am )

Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process at scheduled intervals
Document product tests and report results to the FQSA Supervisor
Ensure all GMPs are being followed throughout the facility
Complete HACCP checks and maintain records of HACCP and non-conforming materials
Operate testing equipment including thermometers, refractometers, sodium and salt meters and PH readers.
Collect environmental and product samples
other duties as assigned

FSQA Technician Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in food processing and a laboratory environment
Certifications in HACCP, SQF, and PCQI
Aseptic processing experience
Previous experience in Quality Assurance department, preferable in Food Quality

Applicant may be subject to a background check
