Position Overview

We are constructing a curated, elite network of Freelance UX/UI Designers to partner long-term with our global design production tracks. This is not a transactional, one-off gig; it is a gateway to join a vetted pool of trusted individual contributors supporting enterprise-level creative and product design roadmaps. Going through a lightweight vetting filter, you will seamlessly plug into high-visibility client environments—translating complex business logic into highly polished, intuitive, and conversion-focused visual digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Interface Design: Engineer user-focused digital customer journeys across responsive enterprise websites, high-converting product landing pages, mobile application layouts, and platform SaaS dashboard interfaces.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Construct granular structural wireframes, user task flows, interactive low-fidelity layouts, and robust navigable micro-prototypes to validate engineering ideas.
• Figma Design System Orchestration: Apply, extend, and govern enterprise-scale Figma design systems , keeping asset libraries perfectly scannable and standardized across global products.
• UX Audit & Conversion Strategy: Execute quantitative UX balance audits, propose conversion-centered user flow recommendations, and design experiences optimized for accessibility, performance, and general usability laws.
• AI-Accelerated Workflows: Integrate advanced generative AI tools into your daily design rhythms to accelerate raw user research synthesis, rapid ideation mapping, and interface variant structuring.
• Cross-Border Asynchronous Collaboration: Present design iterations clearly to technical developers and non-technical marketing leads, collaborating seamlessly across multiple international timezones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional design history operating within high-velocity web, product, SaaS, or performance digital marketing agency environments.
• An elite design portfolio showcasing clear user experience (UX) architectural thinking blended with striking visual user interface (UI) craft across multiple formats.
• Advanced, master-level production proficiency navigating Figma (including native command of Auto Layout, components variation routing, nested instances, and logic prototyping variables) .
• Hands-on operational understanding of interaction design principles, responsive web constraints, accessibility guidelines, and general usability patterns.
• Familiarity with alternative design and illustration assets, specifically within the Adobe Creative Suite .
• Excellent verbal and written English communication mechanics, with a native capacity to articulate abstract UX tradeoffs confidently to remote global stakeholders.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience designing content creation tools, native text-editing platforms, developer-facing tools, or highly technical product configuration widgets.
• An active interest or proven background experimenting with applied AI systems to optimize personal interface asset generation velocities.
