General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Nacogdoches, TX

Pay Range: $15.15

Shift: First

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment.

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.
