General Summary: As a Replenishment Associate, you'll be a key player in our warehouse operations. From unloading and replenishing products to ensuring our inventory stays accurate and organized, your work keeps everything running smoothly. You'll also uphold our high standards for food safety and cleanliness, making sure we exceed expectations for quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do: - Master Warehouse Operations : Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric ride-on jacks to unload, stage, replenish, and organize products in the warehouse.
- Keep It Safe: Perform pre-use inspections of equipment, follow safety protocols, and practice proper lifting techniques.
- Ensure Freshness: Rotate products using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method and store frozen items immediately upon receipt.
- Stay Accurate: Maintain precise inventory by verifying product counts, ensuring quality, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Enhance Efficiency: Meet and exceed minimum pallets-per-hour standards while maintaining accuracy and safety.
- Uphold Standards: Comply with all Food Safety/SQF policies, ensuring our warehouse operates at its best.

- Attention to Detail : A knack for maintaining accuracy in inventory and logistics.
- Tech Know-How: Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology is a plus but not required.
- Physical Readiness: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and perform tasks in a cold warehouse environment.
- Dependability: A flexible schedule, including weekend availability, and a clean background check.
