Job Description

Facilities Technician (with Drywall repair experience) Full-time Shift: General Shift

DRYWALL REPAIR EXPERIENCE MANDATORY.

Responsibilities Thorough knowledge and experience to safely operate a wide array of hand and power tools Must maintain hand and power tools to accomplish daily duties Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently, with flexibility, and self-reliance Ability to perform under pressure, with strong organizational and time management skills Drywall repairs and finish work Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing and other areas to include drywall repair, painting, appliance repair/replacement Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
