Corporate headquarters for Global tech company seeks Executive Assistant to support its C-suite, principally the CEO, CFO, COO and Chief Legal Officer. The position has a broad scope as it includes a collective corporate component such as board relations and management team event planning as well as dedicated assistance for leadership team members. The office environment is collaborative, friendly, dedicated and serious.
Requirements
8+ years executive assistance, 3+ years for C-suite
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Familiarity with Oracle, ERP systems, and AR
Experience with Concur or similar travel management platforms
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize
Strong written and verbal communication
Professional, confident, decisive
Responsibilities
Provide effective support for multiple principals
Ensure leadership has what it needs for optimal performance
Manage multiple calendars
Strategic gatekeeping
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements using tools such as Concur
Prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel logistics for executives and visiting partners
Plan regular shareholder and board meetings, and prepare associated materials
Plan annual Staff Appreciation event
Stakeholder, vendor and company team relations
M-F 9-5 (occasional after hours as needed)
$125K-$140K/year, comprehensive benefit package
