Think Tell Junction We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of a wide range of events. As Event Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting positive impression on attendees. This position requires individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up event venues including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage.
• Welcome and register guests, providing them with necessary information and materials.
• Direct attendees to designated areas and manage crowd flow to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and vendors to address any on-site needs or issues promptly.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Experience in customer service or event support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
