Remote | Full-Time | Entry Level | Financial Services
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and coachable entry-level sales representative to join our growing financial services team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand our products and guiding them toward solutions that fit their financial goals. No prior finance experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing mentorship.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Conduct virtual discovery calls to understand client needs and present appropriate financial products
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM and maintain accurate activity records
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity targets and revenue quotas
- Collaborate with senior representatives and sales leadership to refine your approach
- Stay current on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry developments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule and hit goals independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with video calls and digital tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Must be able to obtain any required state or federal financial licenses independently prior to or shortly after hire
NICE TO HAVE - NOT MANDATORY
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with financial products such as insurance, investments, or loans
- Bilingual skills — Spanish or other languages a plus
