Job Description

1. Native English speaker or possess native-level proficiency, with standard pronunciation and fluent expression. 2–3 years of experience teaching English in international or local kindergartens is preferred.
2. Cheerful and confident personality, with strong stage presence and the ability to actively engage young children.
3. Strong team player, able to work seamlessly with the Chinese teaching team and adapt to a collaborative teaching environment.
4. Passionate about education, patient, and responsible.
5. Holders of TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent English teaching certifications are preferred. 1.Deliver English lessons to children aged 3–6, creating a lively and engaging classroom atmosphere to stimulate their interest in learning.

1. Design interactive teaching sessions based on young learners’ characteristics, emphasizing game-based and situational teaching to cultivate English thinking and expression skills. Collaborate with the lead Chinese teacher to complete teaching plans, assist in classroom management, and ensure effective learning outcomes.
2. Monitor and document students’ learning progress regularly, provide feedback to the teaching team, and participate in parent communication. Actively engage in teaching research, training, and various activities organized by the school.
