The Tri-state area's premier electrical contractor is seeking experienced Electrical Mechanics for our commercial division in Souderton, PA. As an Electrical Mechanic, you will play a role in ensuring the successful completion of various commercial electrical projects, overseeing and participating in installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute work assignments.
  • Collaborate with other trades and team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.

Proficiency with:

• • EMT installation and bending
  • MC cable routing
  • Termination of receptacles, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and equipment
  • Generator and ATS connections (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Installation of site lighting, bollard lighting, and underground conduit systems
  • Must be familiar with the NEC Code and local amendments
  • Ability to perform voltage testing, continuity testing, labeling, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to train apprentices and helpers
  • Strong time management and accountability
  • Must be self-directed, able to follow drawings without micromanagement
  • Works well under pressure and in changing field conditions
  • Must be punctual and dependable
