Key Responsibilities
Website Content Management
With training and support, you will:
* Update and maintain website content using our Content Management System (CMS)
* Ensure property and development information is accurate, up to date and presented consistently
* Assist with creating and updating floor plans, site maps and development information
* Support website testing and quality assurance activities
* Help identify and report website issues, escalating where appropriate
* Work with marketing colleagues to keep website content current and relevant
SEO & Content Optimisation
You will learn how to:
* Optimise website content for search engines through page titles, headings, metadata and image descriptions
* Support the creation and updating of website content, landing pages, promotions and campaigns
* Use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms to monitor website performance
* Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and user experience
Email Marketing
With training and support, you will:
* Assist in the creation, scheduling and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
* Support the production of engaging email content, including copy, imagery and calls to action.
* Build and maintain email templates in line with brand guidelines.
* Help segment customer databases to ensure relevant and targeted communications.
* Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
* Assist with A/B testing subject lines, content and email layouts to improve engagement.
* Ensure customer data is managed in line with GDPR and company policies.
* Work closely with the wider marketing team to support campaign planning and customer journeys.
