Customer Care Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Insurance is how families protect what they have built. Bo Rester State Farm is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Winnsboro, TX who finds meaning in helping customers prepare for the unexpected and make coverage decisions that fit their lives, goals, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive support on policy, billing, and coverage questions, and follow up to keep customers satisfied
• Field questions on policies and billing, and make coverage changes with accuracy
• Sort out customer issues with patience and a professional touch
• Uncover unmet coverage needs during account reviews
• Make follow-up a habit so customers stay with the agency
• Update and maintain customer records with care

Qualifications

• You don't need an insurance background to apply
• Strong empathy, sharp listening, and practical problem-solving
• Well-organized with an eye for detail and reliable follow-up
• Open to completing the Property and Casualty licensing requirement
• Positive energy and a genuine customer-first mindset

Pay range: $50,000-$80,000 per year
