Our client, a leader in the comprehensive hub for construction technology, is looking for a Construction Technical Sales Representative. Key qualifications include, 2+ years of outside sales experience; construction industry background preferred in construction technology, surveying, GPS systems, or a related field. Experience with Leica, Trimble, Topcon, or other GPS/machine control construction systems is preferred.

responsibilities:
- Proactive Prospecting: Generate leads and find new business through cold outreach, job site visits, social channels, and networking events.
- Relationship & Rapport Building: Connect directly with decision-makers-foremen, superintendents, estimators, and owners-to identify pain points and position DirtPrep solutions.
- Demo & Specialist Coordination: Partner with internal technical experts to arrange solution designs and conduct product demos for prospective clients.
- Pipeline Management: Track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics in the CRM while driving a high-velocity, short-to-mid sales cycle.
- Execution & Closing: Drive deals forward with urgency, manage follow-ups through proposals and agreements, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
