Job Description

CONSTRUCTION LABORER

$18–$20/hr | YEAR-ROUND WORK | PAID TRAINING

Looking for a job where you can work with your hands, learn a trade, and build a career ? We're hiring Construction Laborers to help with foundation repair, waterproofing, drainage systems, and structural repairs . No specialized experience needed. If you're willing to work hard and learn, we'll teach you the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Dig, excavate, and prep job sites
  • Install drainage systems and waterproofing products
  • Assist with foundation and structural repairs
  • Use hand tools and power tools
  • Load materials and support the crew
  • Work outdoors and stay active

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 6+ months of construction, landscaping, labor, or physical work experience
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable attendance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
