Job Description

Western Forge & Flange Co., located in Cleveland Texas, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of world-class forged flanges in exotic alloys including Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium, Duplex and Super-Duplex, Stainless Steel, and Copper Nickel flanges across industries, founded in 1944. With our recent expansion of our Machine Shop and New CNC Machines, we are looking for CNC Maintenance Mechanics and Shop Mechanics to join our team.

In this role you will work on multiple brands of CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, VTL's, Turret Lathes, Control Systems, Power Equipment, Very Large Forge Hammers, Compressor Systems, and all Shop Equipment that enables us to be the best in our business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of CNC Lathes and CNC MIlls
• Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment machines such as forklifts, lathes, forging equipment among others
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoist, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
• Repairs or replaces defective parts
• Lubricates and cleans parts
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments

Desired Requirements

• Must be able to communicate both in writing and orally as it relates to the job

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in CNC Machine (Lathes / Mills) maintenance required
• Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices
• Must be able to follow instructions and have the ability to manage a range of priorities
• Must possess knowledge of plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds
