We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNA's to join our team here at Calvin Community and provide high-quality care to our residents. Calvin Community's top priority is to care for seniors with the respect, compassion and dignity they deserve. At Calvin Community our nursing staff are courteous, respectful and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. We are currently recruiting a Certified Nursing Assistant for our 10p-6a shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report and changes to the appropriate staff member
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current CNA License
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist patients and mobility as needed
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedule
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
