Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Defense - Irvine, CA

A well-established civil litigation defense firm is seeking Associate Attorneys (1-10 years of experience) to join its growing Irvine office. The firm focuses primarily on personal injury defense and has built a strong reputation over decades of practice. This firm is known for providing junior attorneys with early trial exposure, hands-on litigation experience, and direct mentorship from experienced partners. Responsibilities:

* Handle civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
* Conduct depositions and participate in court appearances
* Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial proceedings
* Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
* Manage caseloads while meeting billable requirements

Qualifications:

* 1-10 years of civil litigation experience
* Experience in personal injury defense preferred
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Active California Bar license in good standing
