Are you an energetic manufacturing professional looking to advance your career with a top-tier global pharmaceutical leader? We are seeking a detail-oriented Pilot Plant Operator for a 1-year onsite contract position in Ridgefield, CT. In this high-impact environment, you will work closely with lead technicians and campaign managers to support active pilot plant runs, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

responsibilities:

• Assist lead technicians and campaign managers in executing pilot plant campaigns and daily operations.
• Partner with chemists and analytical teams to address and troubleshoot process or equipment challenges.
• Maintain high proficiency in equipment operation, batch record entries, and required calculations.
• Actively participate in daily team huddles (9:00 AM and 2:00 PM) and PSOR meetings.
• Conduct all activities with safety as the primary goal, adhering strictly to PPE and operational procedures.

 
qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
• Hands-on experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and operational procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
