Located in the heart of downtown Providence, Charette serves 165 students in grades 9-12 and prides itself on the quality of relationships among students, staff, and the broader Providence community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Executive Director is the highest administrator at Charette High School, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of Charette High School including enacting the school’s mission, ensuring the academic performance of students, supporting the instructional practices of the faculty, maintaining charter accreditation, and ensuring smooth operations of the campus. The Executive Director is ultimately responsible for the execution of all programs and procedures in alignment with the school’s vision and core values. The Executive Director must foster an inclusive school culture that demonstrates integrity, diversity, innovation, accountability and a relentless pursuit of academic achievement. This is an ideal opportunity for an instructional leader with a strong bias towards action, an orientation towards systems-building, and a commitment to community.
RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position offers a competitive salary range of $161,000 - $189,000, and a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, enrollment in Employees' Retirement System of Rhode Island (ERSRI) and retirement funds. More details can be provided upon request.
