Job Highlights US Anesthesia Partners Colorado, a clinician-led practice, has an exclusive contract with two of the largest health systems in Denver - Advent Health, and Health One (HCA). We offer a variety of cases, specialties, and acuities throughout the Denver Metro.

This role offers guaranteed overtime with flexible FTE options ranging from 48 to 52 hours per week. Whether you prefer a steady 1.2 schedule or want to maximize earnings at 1.4, you'll have a predictable workload and reliable hours built into your compensation. This structure provides stability, work-life balance, and the opportunity to tailor your schedule to what fits your life and goals. You won't be cancelled or sent home early - extra hours and money you can count on!
- Competitive compensation based on years of experience
- 1.2 FTE (48 hours) guaranteed salary range: $311k - $342k
- 1.3 FTE (52 hours) guaranteed salary range: $350k - $381k
- 1.4 FTE (56 hours) guaranteed salary range: $390k - $420k
- Guaranteed overtime built into your weekly schedule

Qualifications - All USAP Certified Anesthesiologists Assistants must comply with all American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines as well as meet state licensure requirements.
- CAAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
