We are seeking a high-impact, growth-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a multi-site healthcare organization through its next phase of expansion. This role requires a hands-on operator with a proven ability to scale organizations, drive profitability, and manage complex regulated operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Set vision and execute growth strategy across multi-site operations
Financial Performance: Own P&L, budgeting, and overall business performance
Operational Oversight: Lead business operations, compliance, HR, and organizational infrastructure
Growth & Expansion: Launch new programs, services, and locations
Process & Systems: Build scalable systems and ensure regulatory compliance
Executive Decision Making: Serve as senior authority across operations and leadership teams
Culture & Leadership: Build high-performing teams and strong organizational culture
Qualifications
Proven track record leading organizations with strong revenue growth
Extensive P&L and operational leadership experience
Background in healthcare, education, or regulated services preferred
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations
