Position Overview We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendants to join our Charlotte team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining vehicles, ensuring high service standards, and supporting overall site operations. Key Responsibilities * Wash and dry vehicle exteriors using appropriate equipment and supplies * Clean vehicle interiors including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and removing debris * Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns * Maintain cleanliness of wash bays and equipment * Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning products * Provide courteous service when interacting with customers or staff * Assist with additional site duties as needed Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous car wash or detailing experience is a plus but not required * Ability to stand for extended periods * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions * Strong attention to detail * Dependable and hardworking Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $16 – $22 per hour * Flexible shifts available * On-the-job training provided * Opportunities for advancement * Team-oriented work environment
