Job Overview

AllSeason Solar is seeking a persuasive, intelligent, ambitious individual looking for a career opportunity within a rapidly growing company. This position is focused primarily on reaching out to leads in order to set up In-Home and Virtual appointments with our Solar Consultant. If you are a fast-talking, highly motivated person that thrives in a high energy environment AllSeason is waiting for you! As an AllSeason employee, you are paid weekly- we offer a competitive starting wage based on prior experience.

What you’ll be doing | The role

• Set appointments via outbound calls, making a minimum of 25 calls per hour to set an appointments
• Educate customers on product offerings and services
• Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality goals within system guidelines
• Handle every prospect, customer, and co-worker with World Class Service
• Enter data in to the CRM accurately
• Call prospects and start up conversations with decision-makers using proven methodology
• Complete continued product education to better service customer calls
• Remain focused, despite any background noise
• Use Windows operating system and Microsoft Office/Excel

What you’ll bring | The person

• 1+ year experience in outbound phone sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
• A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Strong verbal communications, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently & with a team is a must!
