BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite | Relocation Available
Salary: $90,000–$105,000 + Bonus Potential
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
Schedule: Flexible Daytime Hours | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM AZ Time
Billable Requirement: 25 Hours/Week
Requirement: Active BCBA Certification + Arizona LBA License
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a BCBA-led ABA therapy center serving children ages 2–10.
This salaried position offers flexible daytime hours, clinical autonomy, a 25-hour weekly billable requirement, and a $30,000 sign-on bonus .
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage a clinical caseload with 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies.
• Supervise RBTs, BTs, and clinical interns.
• Provide caregiver training and family support.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Arizona LBA license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• In-person ABA clinical experience.
• Supervising RBTs, BTs, or interns.
• Assessments and treatment planning.
• Caregiver training and support.
