Location: Houston, TX (Missouri City Area)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | 30-Minute Lunch

Employment Type: Full-Time

Language Requirement : Must be bilingual in English + Spanish (or have the ability to communicate in Spanish)

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse operations team in the Missouri City/Houston area. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has proven reach truck experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to transport, store, retrieve, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight while ensuring product integrity
• Move raw materials and finished goods to designated warehouse and production locations
• Accurately stack, organize, and maintain inventory within racking systems
• Inspect incoming materials and identify damaged, missing, or non-conforming products
• Match shipping documentation with product labels and outbound shipments
• Apply labels, shrink-wrap pallets, and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and material movement documentation
• Support warehouse housekeeping initiatives and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience required
• Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Valid forklift/reach truck certification preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and inventory control procedures
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
