Responsibilities - Parts Manager:

• Oversee and manage our Parts Department's daily operations, order parts, maintain optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and more.
• Analyze parts department performance and implement improvements
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Complete weekly inventory counts and reconciles differences
• Receive and ship parts
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Automotive parts experience is required
• Good communication, customer service, computer and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Valid driver's license and insurance
