Automotive Car Washer

Service Department

Hyundai of Vacaville is looking for a reliable Car Washer to join our Service Department. This position plays an important role in keeping customer, new, and used vehicles clean and presentable.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and understands the importance of delivering a clean vehicle experience.

What You'll Do
As a Car Washer, you will be responsible for washing and cleaning vehicles for customers, sales deliveries, and dealership inventory.

Responsibilities include:

* Washing vehicle exteriors
* Vacuuming and wiping down interiors
* Removing dirt and debris from vehicles
* Preparing new and used vehicles for customer delivery
* Inspecting vehicles for damage and reporting concerns to management
* Safely moving and parking vehicles around the dealership
* Keeping the wash area clean, organized, and safe
* Properly using and storing wash equipment and chemicals
* Assisting the Service and Sales Departments with vehicle prep
* Helping maintain dealership lot presentation and inventory appearance

What We're Looking For

* No experience necessary, will train
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to drive automatic vehicles; manual transmission a plus
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and professional appearance
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:

* Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
* Lift up to 50 pounds
* Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Safely operate vehicles and cleaning equipment
