job summary:
Seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Professional in Glastonbury, CT with 5+ yrs experience in all-metal parts. Join Our Client, a cutting-edge, world-class aerospace supplier offering a dynamic, innovative culture!

Experience with HAAS, Akuma, Swiss lathes, vertical and horizontal milling is ideal.

responsibilities:

• Enhance and optimize manufacturing workflows for both legacy and newly introduced aerospace components

• Investigate emerging production methods and thoroughly review client requirements to guarantee exact specifications are met

• Resolve mechanical or operational challenges on the shop floor to keep machinery and tools running efficiently

• Create custom tooling designs aimed at supporting new product rollouts and refining current operations

• Generate comprehensive engineering schematics and detailed technical operation sheets for all newly developed parts

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors

 
skills:

• Manufacturing (4 years of experience is required)
• Process Improvement (4 years of experience is required)
• Aerospace industry exp. (4 years of experience is preferred)
• Solidworks
