Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant , you are the heartbeat of our Home Office team! You will work closely with Senior Leadership to keep our team connected, manage vibrant projects, streamline daily operations, and create an inviting environment for all.

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

• Partner with Home Office leadership and team members to provide warm, seamless daily support.
• Deliver delightful, white-glove service to internal teams, guests, and community partners.
• Craft engaging communications, reports, letters, and invoices with clarity and flair.
• Coordinate smooth, stress-free travel arrangements and itineraries for our team on the go.
• Host and attend key executive meetings, capturing actionable takeaways and keeping everyone aligned.
• Serve as a thoughtful gatekeeper for incoming communications, prioritizing key updates for leadership.
• Keep our workspace well-organized, maintaining vital records and ensuring supplies are always stocked.
• Lead procurement workflows by building vendor relationships, managing purchase orders, and tracking shipments.
• Champion a productive, inviting environment by keeping office gear and breakroom snacks fully stocked.
• Compile snapshot reports and updates to keep leadership informed on team momentum and achievements.
• Jump in flexibly on exciting special projects and creative initiatives as they arise.
• Uphold high standards, thoughtful guidelines, and best practices across all responsibilities.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EFFORT

Mix of desk work and active movement around our office. Involves computer work, moving between meetings, organizing files, and occasionally lifting/moving packages or restocking supplies up to 50 lbs.
